Shall Always remember thou

It was late evening , I was sitting near the building with my friend when she came running toward me,she was tiny and soft....she came and started playing with the cricket ball which was kept near me..

It was love at first site....this was the day when Jimmy came into my life...She was a puppy dog...or rather Bitch.

I guess it had strayed away from its mother, but she dint mind that fact she was more interested in playing with the ball for a while...We also started playing with her for sometime..but later we left and jimmy was left all alone....
The next day when I came out i saw her sleeping near the entrance of out floor...the floor was cold so she was sleeping on the doormat which my neighbor had put outside...
When she got up she was shivering so i fed her some milk and biscuit...no sooner her tummy was full off she went out in the open...
As time passed she not only came close to me but also rest of the family members and also some neighbors..
Months down the line she was treated as one of the family members...Soon at my place her share of food was given to her on daily basis...Still remember when ever we use to have non veg she use to understand that and she would come near the door and bark...[as if she was demanding her share in that too]

As most other dogs are, she also had a sweet tooth...She use to relish the gulab jamus, the ice creams and the jalebis..

years down the line she grew up to be a very health dog...[y not she had best of the food and unlimited milk supply :-D ]..She also loved everyone around her...she use to come and jump on us and lick us...also she would make the sad face when we would give her nething...

Whenever I would move out of the house to college or work she would come running with me till the entrance of the building...wait till i go out then again come back inside the building...she would also make sure non unidentified people are let inside the building.

Though she was just a animal,I could really see the amount of Love she had for us....Once some idiots from the building took her and left her in some far away place.....and when we came to know about this it really drove me furious...the whole building came together and took them for a task....For some days the whole building was actually in a state of sadness as the most beloved dog from the building had gone missing....Few days later when we went to the place where she was dropped....she saw us and she came running towards us and hugged us....[her eyes could not stop thanking for searching her and takin her back to the place where she grew].

The love for each other just grew as time passed..But i guess the happiness wasn't accepted by god...soon the building got demolished and the chawl were converted into flats...no more place for the dog to hang around..no one to care for her...
Lucky we shifted in the building just opposite to the old one...though we were there on the 4th floor...she would always come on that floor eat and sleep there...whole day she would hang around near the building and late at nite she would come above and sleep on the door mat...
There was one incident where jimmy met with a small accident she had a swollen foot..poor thing had to under go many injections...but she dint say a word and took the shots...as she knew it was for her own gud...I remember giving her something sweet to eat after every injection...

Days passed and jimmy started growing old......and one fine day when i was at work I got a call"jimmy is dead" for one sec I was dumb struck..but later came to know that she had met with a accident..a rickshaw hit her and she came inside the building minutes later she was lying dead...

As i was at work before could not go when she was cremated....

Even though she is no more with us..her memories still brings a smile on my face...

(Aw, don't thank me. What r friends for if not to give abusive language prompts when the time is right?!)

THINGS YOU CAN SAY WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED

(I am soooooo gonna use a few in a couple of days!!!!)

1. Okay, okay! I take it back. Unf*ck you.

2. You say I'm a bitch like it's a bad thing.

3. Well, aren't we a damn ray of sunshine?

4. Do I look like a people person?

5. This isn't an office. It's hell with fluorescent lighting.

6. Why don't you try practicing random acts of intelligence and senseless acts of self-control?

7. I'm not crazy. I've been in a very bad mood for 30 years.

8. Sarcasm is just one more service I offer.

9. Do they ever shut up on your planet?

10. I'm not your type. I'm not inflatable.

11. Wait...I'm trying to imagine you with a personality.

12. Chaos, panic and disorder ... my work here is done.

13. Ambivalent? Well, yes and no.

14. You look like sh*t. Is that the style now?

15. Earth is full. Go home.

16. Aw, did I step on your poor little bitty ego?

17. A hard-on doesn't count as personal growth.

18. You are depriving some village of an idiot.

19. If assh*les could fly, this place would be an airport.

..and we think only we Struggle

It was late at Night some where around 12:30...I was coming home from work in the car...We just stopped near one signal and I saw a small boy standing near the lamp post...with a big bag in his hand.....I wondered as to wat would this boy be doing here so late...
My curiosity pushed me and and i called that boy asked him what he was doing so late here.
The boy replied saying he was waiting for a bus...When I inquired bout where he wanted to go,i realized that this place falls on the way to my house...So i asked this boy to hop in the car telling him that I would drop him to his house..

Boy though twice but later got in....On the way I had a casual chat with him..I asked him what he was doing there so late ,i came to know that he comes there daily to sell toy on the signal....he quickly popped one out and showed me the toy...i was amused that he knew all the details regarding toy its cost ,the margin of money they make on each toy...

The innocence on his face really made my heart melt...and i removed some money from my pocket and offered him that...My respect toward him grew when he declined the money i gave him....
But later i forced him and he took it...

One the way I also learned that he had 2 more siblings and they had only their mother to take care care of them...
By this time we had reached his house...the boy got down he had a smile on his face and he said *thank you*

It brought a big smile on my face when i heard that

When I reached home the thought of that boy was still in my mind..thats when I realized that life is fun ride..just when you feel that you know everything bout it..a new chapter opens and you get to learn new things...

I really prayed hard that nite for that boy and his family..dont know if god would have heard it...

The next morning i asked my self are we really the only onces who have to struggle nahhhhhh was the answer i got :-)

How a Marriage Works

A newlywed couple had only been married for two weeks. The husband, although very much in love, couldn't wait to go out on the town and party with his old buddies. So, he said to his new wife, 'Honey, I'll be right back.'

'Where are you going, coochy coo?' asked the wife.

'I'm going to the bar, pretty face. I' m going to have a beer.'

The wife said, 'You want a beer, my love?' She opened the door to the refrigerator and showed him 25 different kinds of beer, brands from 12 different countries: Germany, Holland, Japan, India, etc.

The husband didn't know what to do, and the only thing that he could think of saying was, 'Yes, lolly pop. But at the bar...you know...they have frozen glasses...'

He didn't get to finish the sentence, because the wife interrupted him by saying, 'You want a frozen glass, puppy face?' She took a huge beer mug out of the freezer, so frozen that she was getting chills just holding it.

The husband, looking a bit pale, said, 'Yes, tootsie roll, but at the Bar they have those hors d'oeuvres that are really delicious...I won't be long, I'll be right back. I promise. OK?'

You want hors d'oeuvres, poochi pooh?' She opened the oven and took out 5 dishes of different hors d'oeuvres: chicken wings, pigs in blankets, mushroom caps, pork strips, etc.

'But my sweet honey... at the bar... you know... There's swearing, dirty words and all that...'

'You want dirty words, Dickhead? Drink your fucking beer in your Goddamn frozen mug and eat your motherfucking snacks, because you are married now, and you aren't fucking going anywhere! Got it, Asshole?'

.......and, they lived happily ever after

Just another holiday????

Today we are celebrating our 61st Independence day. With developments all over the country we have a reason to celebrate it.

But as heading suggest is it just another holiday that we get???

If you ask me. I would say yes it is true to certain limit...We can get the confirmation about the it once we ask the same question to our self...Most of the people the day before 15 August or 26th January are just happy coz they will be getting another holiday be it work or college.

For most of the people it was just another holiday day....
But if you ask others specially children they will have a lot to do on this day....for them its all about the flag hoisting, the singing of national anthem, distribution and eating of sweets...and the most important thing pining up of the flag on shirt..and proudly saying happy independence day...

"Sare Jahan Se Achha" and "Vande mataram" are sung with great pride, happiness, zeal and great fervor.

For me that is actual celebration of independence day...rather that sitting at home and sending sms's wishing each other..dont you think so???

A week before independence day you will start seeing small kids selling flags on the street...Poor one's are deprived of all basic necessity...They are forced to sell this things against their will. But only to get 2 meals a day they go against their will and get on the road...Independence day is all about celebrating our freedom...But these kids are deprived of that....
The part that I like most of these kids is even when they sell the flags on the street they have a smile on their face and they proudly say"Vande mataram" or "Jai Hind" when they approach us.

Its really makes you wonder how they get so much strength to bear those circumstance and still be happy...It makes me sad that the very next day we find national flags soiled around thrown in all nook and corner.

As said to understand the real meaning and importance of freedom ask those who are deprived of it...and may be then you will understand what freedom means...

So respect the freedom that you have….

Thinking DUMB????

Read this

A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his Customer,
"This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it to you."

The barber puts a five rupee coin in one hand and two one rupee coins(1+1=2) in the other, then calls the boy over and asks,
"Which do you want, son?"

The boy takes the two one rupee coins and leaves.
"What did I tell you?" said the barber. "That kid never learns!"

Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of
the ice cream store. "Hey, son! May I ask you a question?
Why did you take two one rupee coins instead of five rupee coin?"

The boy licked his cone and replied,
"Because THE DAY I TAKE THE FIVE RUPEE COIN, THE GAME IS OVER

Moral: When you think the other person is dumb, you are making a fool of yourself.

How to save a life

Grey's Anatomy that's the serial where I heard this song "How to save a life.." its the theme song for this serial.

Was just surfing through the channels when i came across the advertisement of this serial on star world...had seen the theme song before too ...but yesterday i could see which the album it was from...and immediately got a pen and jotted it down..

Though i had heard this song 3- 4 times could not really hear the full song as just a part of the song was used for the show..or at least i always saw a part of the song used :-P
Nevertheless I could instantly feel the pain in the song...And when i saw the lyrics it truly spelt out the pain...

I feel the song is about supporting someone through their problems rather than just telling them to quit.
But again this song like many others is completely open to interpretation. As Everyone can find their own meanings to songs.

It can be also interpreted as
A person giving a second chance to his friend thinking that at least now he/she will accept that something is wrong and they need to talk.

Do read the lyrics of this song and lemme know how your related yourself this song to.

What ever be the meaning I just fell in love with this song..and iam sure you will too

Then and now

Lemme start by narrating a incident to you.

Two 24 - 25 year guys are traveling by train. They are busy discussing about some software which converts videos to a format which can played on cell. There is a guy sitting next to them...may be in his teens who is hearing the conversation..
The 2 guys are talking to each other sayin how difficult it is to get full version of any software when suddenly this chap[the teen] says "UNCLE" kya apko software chaiye?you can go to this link and you can get the full version...
The 2 guys instead of been happy are wondering "were they just called UNCLE by a guy who is not more than 3 4 years younger to them " LOL...
These 2 guys were none other that snehal and rajiv two of my BMS friends....I don't blame these guys for the kinda reaction they gave...

Now lemme start with the actual post...has life actually changed after our graduation and after we have started working....May be yes..may be not...But one thing for sure the one's who are younger to us do think that life has changed for us...
There is this another friend of mine BMS again...till the time she was in college her younger brother use to come to her for all kinda help that he needed..but suddenly after she has started working..things have changed...Now he no more asks her to pick clothes for him thinking that she mite now pick clothes which are outdated.. also now he prefers her sister not been at home when his friend are around...

Its funny how things have changed over time...Suddenly we have stepped into a zone where brothers and sisters who use to look at us as
trend setters have suddenly started looking at us as a nerd's
Now that we have to wear formals most of the time we are no more cool :-P
Suddenly we are seen as the older generation and no more we are required for any help[excluding times when they require money]
