I work for Oracle Apps HRMS n payroll... i can tell u hundreds of such silly things...LOL
for eg - the requierment to load the spuse n kids pic...Y? wt if someone comes n claims after deat... how wud u recognize the,,, Ofcourse the ID cards don exist nemor...LOL
