They are back and back with a Bang

For quite some time we heard people cribbing that its not raining.We read in news papers ,we saw in news how people were making offering to god trying to make him happy....
I guess rains god were really happy on them so it poured like hell today...not to end up like this...These pics were taken near my house Chembur- Amar Mahal.
I am sure the same people who prayed for it to pour must be praying again to god and stop this rains.

Rains,Paper boats,pakodas and more

Heavy rains outside and hot pakodas at home with nice tea.....tempting enough to read forward..well then wat are u waiting for go ahead and read :-P
Today had fun sipping tea have bites of nice hot pakodas...sitting near the window and watching it pour heavily.
When ever it rains and we feel hungry...[well for that matter even if we dont feel hungry] we feel like having some thing nice and spicy and what better than pakodas....its this natural feeling thats just arises outta you.
It Rains and automatically you see big crowd gathered around vada pav wala's stalls.
Its really fun to see people doin a balancing act with an umbrella in one hand and food in other.Specially small kids...
Rains remind me of the good time that we use to have when we were in out schooling days..like

• Making paper boats [yes we did make many type of them thanks to craft period]
• Catching fishes from the gutter's and keeping it in plastic bottles and feeding them earthworms...
• Taking a wooden log and tying rope to it and dragging it in water...as a boat..

Surely had some memorable times.

Rains Arrive

Finally I guess rain gods have arrived...It rained today our place today..and trust me it felt so good to see rains...primarily coz its being so hot lately that it has difficult to face it... morning just came out from a bath and saw out side only to see it was drilling...I could see the terrace of the neighboring building all wet...the pigeons ,crows and other birds taking a dip in the water which was collected near by..
The sky was divided into 2 halves one side was bright blue in colour and the other was cloudy...
Could hear small kids coming outside and playin in the rain...even i remembered the time when we were small We were told that it is gud to get wet in the first Rain...Don't know why...but as such dint really bother to ask the reason as we just wanted another reason to play in the rain..hehehe
I really felt so fresh when i saw it raining and felt the weather so cool..:-D
